Lioninside is an innovative Dutch fitness brand, based in Alblasserdam, that focuses on high-quality, compact, and modular fitness equipment for home use.
Their mission: to provide athletes with qualitative, stylish, and space-efficient solutions, with attention to both design and performance. With a focus on adjustable dumbbells, Lioninside's items are accessible for every (home) athlete.
Challenge
The products combined top quality with sleek design, specially made for modern interiors. However, the team noticed that this message was not well conveyed online.
Although the products were technically strong and received praise from the first customers, online growth lagged behind. Visitors would come to the website but often dropped off before making a purchase. In a market full of cheaper alternatives, it was difficult to make clear why Lioninside was different. That it was not just selling fitness equipment, but a piece of craftsmanship, design, and lifestyle.
Strategy
Instead of focusing on quick sales, A-Team opted for a layered approach within META. Where we combined awareness and storytelling in strong content. Advertisements with strong visuals and short videos showed how Lioninside products stand out through their design, ease of use, and quality. The emphasis was not on what the product does, but on what it conveys.
A-Team built custom audiences of previous buyers. At the same time, user-generated photos and videos from existing customers were used to strengthen social proof.
Solution
By finding the right balance between brand story and performance marketing, A-Team was able to attract not only new customers but also activate existing customers for repeat purchases.
What started as a challenge to increase brand awareness evolved into a structural collaboration in which Lioninside's online ecosystem was developed into a powerful marketing channel.
