Challenge
Osmo had a unique product, the Tannin Spot Remover, that removes black stains from tannin-containing wood. The problem? Most people didn't know it existed. Many consumers were still using home, garden, and kitchen solutions that made the problem worse. Therefore, Osmo wanted not only to sell more but also to raise awareness: to show that there is indeed a professional, safe, and environmentally friendly solution. The challenge was clear: find the right target audience, inform them, and activate them to purchase.
Strategy
We built a campaign around trust, recognition, and results. The Meta Ads targeted homeowners, craftsmen, and designers working with wood. Instead of dull product information, we opted for recognizable visuals and copy that addressed frustrations: “Black spots on your wooden floor? Don't sand it, solve it.”
Behind that was a conversion-oriented landing page with clear explanations, before-and-after images, and a direct buy button. With smart tracking and data-driven optimization, we could continuously adjust campaigns. This way, we discovered exactly which message and audience performed best.
Solution
We took over the complete marketing process: from advertisement to purchase. By intensively testing with visuals, videos, and customer stories, we found the perfect balance between education and action. Visitors were not overwhelmed with information but were gradually guided through the problem and the solution.
